Anti-Ragging Committee
An Anti-Ragging Committee is constituted based on the directions of the Government of Kerala, the Directorate of Collegiate Education, UGC and the University in order to enhance the awareness about Ragging. The members of the committee include Circle Inspector of Police, Sub-Inspector of Police, representative of media, representatives of parents, students, teaching and ministerial staff. An Anti-Ragging Cell is formed to take necessary precautions for preventing ragging in the college and for dealing with the cases of ragging very seriously. The committee creates awareness among parents and students about the evils of ragging. The freshers are to be constantly contacted by the (committee members) teachers to instil confidence in them. Those who involve in ragging will be expelled from the college as per rules.

The committee strictly monitors the campus to ensure that no student is subjected to physical or psychological harm. Regular patrols and orientation sessions are part of our ongoing efforts to eliminate this menace completely from our institution.
Prevent and Address Ragging: Implement effective measures to prevent ragging and address any incidents promptly to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all students.
Educate and Raise Awareness: Conduct awareness programs and workshops to educate students, faculty, and staff about the harmful effects of ragging and the importance of a harassment-free campus.
Provide Support Systems: Establish confidential reporting mechanisms and support services for victims of ragging, ensuring they receive appropriate assistance and counseling.
Enforce Strict Policies: Develop and enforce clear anti-ragging policies and disciplinary procedures to deter potential offenders and uphold the institution's commitment to zero tolerance for ragging.
Foster a Respectful Campus Culture: Promote a culture of mutual respect and inclusion by encouraging positive interactions and mentoring relationships between senior and junior students.
