Biodiversity Club

The Biodiversity Club at Sir Syed Institute for Technical Studies (SSITS), established on 1st January 2025 under the leadership of Aiswarya V. V. from the Department of Biochemistry, is a student-driven initiative dedicated to promoting biodiversity conservation and environmental sustainability. The club creates awareness about the importance of protecting ecosystems and natural resources through workshops, nature walks, field visits, awareness campaigns, and community outreach programmes. By collaborating with local communities and environmental organizations, the club encourages students to actively participate in conservation efforts, develop environmental responsibility, and contribute towards building a sustainable future.
