BBA

The Department of Management Studies of Sir Syed Institute for Technical Studies started its three-year Management Studies (BBA) programme in the year 2002 with an intake of 21 students. The programme is affiliated with Kannur University, Kannur, Kerala, with the objective of promoting professional management education in the state. The BBA programme is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The department offers a three-year BBA programme and a four-year BBA Honours programme, spread across six and eight semesters respectively. A distinctive feature of the programme is the implementation of the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUGP) and the semester system, which provide ample opportunities for faculty and students to incorporate emerging industry trends and best practices into the curriculum.
