An Internal Complaint Committee is constituted for the prevention, prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and students in the college. To prevent discrimination and sexual harassment by promoting gender amity among students and employees, to deal with cases of discrimination and sexual harassment against women in time bound manner, to recommend appropriate punitive action against the guilty party to the management etc. are some of the responsibilities of the Internal Complaint Committee.

Prevent Workplace Harassment: Create a safe and respectful environment by preventing sexual harassment and discrimination within the institution.

Address Complaints Promptly: Provide a formal mechanism to receive and address complaints of sexual harassment or misconduct in a timely and confidential manner.

Promote Awareness and Sensitization: Conduct regular awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions to educate all stakeholders about their rights, the complaints process, and the importance of a respectful workplace.

Ensure Fair Investigation: Conduct impartial and thorough investigations into complaints while respecting the rights and privacy of all parties involved.

Recommend Corrective Actions: Provide recommendations for appropriate action or disciplinary measures in cases of substantiated complaints, ensuring justice and preventing future incidents.
