World mental health day was celebrated by the department of Psychology by conducting a psychoeducation program on 10th October 2023. The session covered different areas of development which influences one’s mental health. The resource person was Dr. Zahira.M.A., Assistant Professor and HoD, Department of Psychology, Sir Syed Institute for Technical Studies. More than 50 students participated in the program. Duration of the session was from 10 to 12pm.
