28^th October 2024was observed as “Pink Day”. The faculty and students wore pink and participated in poster presentation raising awareness on Breast cancer. Pink ribbons were distributed to all the teaching and non-teaching staff of the Institute. The students of the Department visited nearby houses and circulated pamphlets describing the signs and symptoms of breast cancer and how self testing can be done easily at the comforts of one’s home. The pamphlets were also distributed to each Department of the Institute.
