In observance of World AIDS Day 2024, Microvision, the Microbiology Club of SSITS, organized a seminar titled “Understanding HIV and AIDS” on 29th November 2024. The event commenced with a warm welcome by Mumthas A. T., Coordinator of Microvision, and was presided over by Nizamudheen K. M., HOD of the Department of Microbiology. Principal Dr. Khaleel K. M inaugurated the seminar, which was followed by an engaging presentation from Ms. Fathima Nizar, a second-year B.Sc. Microbiology student. Her informative session provided valuable insights, contributing to the seminar's objective of raising awareness and promoting education about HIV and AIDS among students.  Through this seminar, Microvision reaffirmed the club’s dedication to addressing global health issues and promoting a culture of awareness and empathy.
