The department of Psychology organized a field exposure visit for the third year students of Psychology to Western India Plywoods  LTD-Valapatanam on  1^st March 2023.

Western India Plywoods Ltd is a manufacturing factory and packaging industry. Students got a opportunity to visit an industry to understand role of psychologist in an industrial settings. Students interacted with workers which make to them to understand about job satisfaction , organizational culture and importance of providing motivation to improve the productivity of industries.
