 A permanent Grievance Redressal Committee looks into complaints received from the students from time to time and suggests methods for their redressal. The committee aims at maintaining a harmonious educational environment in the institute by addressing all the grievances put forward by the students. The committee ensures unbiased and fair approach towards the students. In case of any grievance the members of the committee are empowered to solve the problems at their level through discussion with the students. The Grievance Redressal Cell is also empowered to look into matters of harassment. Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the department members in person, or in consultation with the officer in-charge of Students' Grievance Redressal Committee.
