The commerce club conducted a best manager competition on 11^th and 15^th January 2022 from the new seminar hall. It was conducted as a two day program. On the first day a total of 30 students participated in the event.

The first round was a quiz round, from that round a few students were eliminated. The second round was stress round, the participants were asked to impersonate as a factory manager were employees are doing a strike. The manager should make the situation under control by using his managerial skills. Third round was poster making. In the fourth round they have to participate in an IPL auction as a potential investor and they have to make their own team and then present the teams pros and cons by using a power point presentation in friend of judges on the second day. The last round was stress round were by multiple judges evaluated the contestant by asking them managerial questions. The participants were made to answer simultaneous questions and they had to handle the situation with composure. In the last round their presentation skill, storyline and defending capabilities of students were tested
