On the 7th of November 2023, a Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) meeting was convened for the parents of third-semester students at 1:30 PM in the new seminar hall. Mrs. Mumthas, the tutor for the third semester, extended a warm welcome to the parents. The primary focus of the meeting was the thorough analysis of the recently published results of the second semester. The Head of Department, Nizamudheen, provided a detailed breakdown of the result statistics to the parents. Geethika Rajesh, the top scorer with a remarkable 91.16%, along with all students achieving an A grade, were acknowledged and presented with gifts. Additionally, Fathimath Shamna, who attained a perfect score in Chemistry, was also honored. A dedicated session for open discussion was arranged, during which parents expressed their concerns, particularly advocating for remedial classes to support weaker students in preparing for the upcoming third-semester examinations. Individualized face-to-face result analysis sessions were conducted with parents to delve into their children's performance and explore potential remedial measures. The meeting adjourned at 4:00 PM, concluding the productive discussions.
