A Class PTA meeting for third-semester students was held on 10th July 2024 at 10 AM in the new seminar hall. Mrs. Sirajunnisa, the third-semester tutor, welcomed the parents. The primary agenda of the meeting was to analyze the recently published first-semester results. The results were thoroughly reviewed, and the HOD, Mr. Nizamudheen, addressed the parents with the result statistics. The class topper, Sumayya K V was awarded a gift. 

An open discussion session was also arranged for parents to express their concerns. Parents also expressed their concern regarding the results which were not up to their expectations. They opted to conduct remedial classes for those who failed in I sem examinations.   Face to face result analysis for individual parents was also conducted to discuss individual results of their children and remedial measures were discussed. Some parents complained about the cleanliness of the girls toilets and some other parents requested to check the possibility of a transport facility from Payangadi.The meeting concluded at 12:30 PM.
