Class PTA meeting ( V Semester),  25 July 2024

 

A Class PTA meeting for fifth-semester students was held on 25th July 2024 at 10 AM in the new seminar hall. Mrs. Mumthas, the fifth-semester tutor, welcomed the parents. The primary agenda of the meeting was to analyze the recently published fourth-semester results. The results were thoroughly reviewed, and the HOD, Mr. Nizamudheen, presented the statistics to the parents. The class topper, Fida Noushad, along with the A+ and A grade holders, were awarded gifts. An open discussion session allowed parents to voice their concerns, particularly regarding the results, which did not meet their expectations. They suggested conducting remedial classes for students who failed the previous semester's examinations. Additionally, face-to-face result analyses were conducted with individual parents to discuss their children's performance and possible remedial measures. The meeting concluded at 12:30 PM.
