Sir Syed Institute for Technical Studies (SSITS), Karimbam, will celebrate World Environment Day 2026 on June 5, 2026, at 11:30 AM in the Seminar Hall. The programme is organized by the Biodiversity Club, NSS, NCC, Clean the Campus Forum, and IQAC under the theme "Now for Climate."

The event will feature a seminar on "Climate Change and Carbon Neutrality Concept" led by Dr. Pradeepan Periyat. Activities such as tree plantation, campus cleaning, and a treasure hunt have also been planned. Students and staff are invited to participate.
